How I Lost Inches

It works best for me if I get my workout done first thing in the morning, before work. So for the next 15 days, I completed the daily workouts after my morning routine of making lunches, feeding the dogs and checking in on social media and bank accounts. I ate my pre-workout meal while having my computer time, then completed the workout, showered and left for work. I did have to wake up earlier to make this happen, but it was worth it. Waiting to workout later rarely works for me. There is always something to get in the way. Even if it’s simply that I’m just too tired or don’t feel like it.
During the 15 day challenge, I grew to love the meal prep. It was another “to-do” to add to my busy daily list, but exciting to learn new healthy recipes. I grew to love Lindsey too, her personality and her workouts. I am a person that likes routine structure. If you are like me, you will love this program. It is well organized and detailed. My 15 days came to an end so I recorded my new stats. Turns out I lost a pound and a couple of inches. Not bad for 15 days, but I was feeling so much better. The clean eating made me feel amazing. The short morning workouts gave me satisfaction throughout my day. So I decided to step it up and take the 6-week challenge.
